Hyperpaper is a project born to explore the tremendous potential of eInk tablets as distraction-free tools for productivity, thought, learning, and creativity.
Our first product is the Hyperpaper Planner, a customizable dayplanner, calendar, and overall productivity workhorse. It came about after surveying the available options for pdf planners, and realizing they either included a lot of bloat we didn't want, or were missing tools that were essential to our personal workflow. We started building our own planner and eventually realized that others would be interested in a planner that was exactly tailored to their own needs as well.
Several excellent books and articles have informed the philosophy behind the planner. In no particular order:
- Getting Things Done by David Allen
- The Bullet Journal Method by Ryder Carroll
- Atomic Habits by James Clear
- The Ivy Lee method
- Zen to Done by Leo Babauta
- Deep Work by Cal Newport
