Index Page & Navigation

Ok, this isn’t really a template, but every hyperpaper planner includes a thoughtfully linked index page that ties all of your custom collections together and makes them easily accessible with a single tap. In addition, all pages in the pdf include links to your collections in the sidebar navigation, as well as contextual links at the top on any date-based pages.
